For IFC Block Anchor:

• Minimum agricultural or related degree such as Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, B.Tech. in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Fishery, Bachelor of Science in Forestry, Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Bachelor of Science in Animal Husbandry, or Bachelor of Business Administration.

For Senior Community Resource Person (CRP):

• • Minimum 12th-grade pass.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Krishi Sakhi (Agriculture Friend), Pashu Sakhi (Animal Husbandry Friend), Udyog Sakhi (Industry Friend), or Van Sakhi (Forest Friend) under the UMED – Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission in the respective taluka (administrative region).
  • Must be a resident of the relevant taluka.

    Selection Process :
    The selection process involves a written test followed by an interview.
