Prisons Recruitment 2024:Educational Qualification

• Clerk:
  • Passed Degree Examination in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Senior Clerk:
  • Passed Degree Examination in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Stenographer Lower Grade:
  • Passed SSC or Equivalent Examination.
  • Shorthand Speed: 100 words per minute.
  • Typewriting: Marathi/English – 40 words per minute.
• Compounder:
  • SSC/HSC or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registration with Bombay state Pharmacy council as a Registered Pharmacist required.
• Teacher:
  • Passed SSC/HSC or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Education.
• Director of Sewing:
  • SSC/Maharashtra Department of Technical Education or equivalent Master Tailor certificate.
  • Two years practical work experience in a tailoring firm is required.
• Director of Carpentry:
  • SSC/Maharashtra Technical Education Department or equivalent Carpentry certificate.
  • Two years practical experience in the carpentry trade is required.
• Laboratory Technician:
  • Passed intermediate examination or HSC in Physics and Chemistry.
  • Certificate of 1 year training in laboratory technique recognized by the government.
• Bakery Director:
  • SSC/Maharashtra Department of Technical Education or equivalent Certificate of Craftsmanship in Bakery and Confectionery.
  • Two years practical experience required.

• Home Supervisor:
  • Passed SSC with English Subject / Junior Primary Education Certificate or Diploma Education Certificate.
• Director of Panja and Garli:
  • SSC/Maharashtra Department of Education or equivalent certificate in Weaving.
  • Two years of practical experience in manufacturing Panja and Garli is required.
• Director of Braille:
  • SSC/Govt recognized education certificate for the blind.
  • One year experience as a teacher in a Govt recognized or aided school for the blind is required.
• जोडारी (Fitter):
  • SSC/Maharashtra Education Department or equivalent Fitter Certificate.
  • Two years practical experience required.
• Preparatory:
  • SSC/Maharashtra Department of Education or equivalent Certificate in Vaping/Sizing/Widding.
  • Two years of practical experience required.
• Milling Supervisor:
  • SSC/Maharashtra Certificate of Education Department or equivalent Woolen Technician certificate.
  • Two years practical experience of Milling and Woolen Resin in Woolen Mill required.
• Physical Drill Director:
  • Passed SSC / Physical Drill Diploma or equivalent TDPE Kandivali.
