How to Fill :
- Photo Instruction:
- Upload a color passport-size photo with your name and the date the photo was taken. The photo should not be older than 3 months.
- Thumb Impression:
- Upload the thumb impression of your left hand.
- Signature Instruction:
- Sign your name in running handwriting for the signature. Do not use capital letters for the signature.
- Confirmation Page:
- You do not need to send the confirmation page to JEECUP 2023.
