IBPS Exam Pattern 2023:The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts a Common Written Examination (CRP PO/MT) for recruiting Probationary Officers/Management Trainees in Public Sector Banks. The exam is conducted online and consists of two phases: Preliminary and Main.
In the Preliminary exam, there will be objective type questions, and the total marks for this phase will be 100. The duration of the Preliminary exam is 1 hour.
In the Main exam, there will also be objective type questions, and the total marks for this phase will be 200. The duration of the Main exam is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer, but if a question is left blank, there will be no negative marking.
All the tests, except the English Language test, will be available in both English and Hindi languages.
The scores obtained by candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using the equi-percentile method. Scores up to two decimal points will be considered for calculations.

IBPS Exam Pattern 2023
Cutoff Score:
To be eligible for the interview stage, each candidate must achieve a minimum score in each test of the Online Main examination and also a minimum total score. The cutoff scores will be determined based on the number of vacancies available.
Only those candidates who meet the cutoff criteria will be shortlisted for the interview. The scores obtained in the Online Main examination will not be disclosed to the candidates before the interview process is completed. The final decision on shortlisting candidates for interviews and the provisional allotment of candidates will be made by IBPS, and it will be considered as final.
