CTET recruitment 2024:The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for July 2024. Eligibility with Code July 2024:
- Code 1: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
- Code 2: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
- Code 3: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Code 4: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.
Eligibility with Code July 2024
- Code 1: Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
- Code 2: At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
- Code 3: Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time.
- Code 4: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Code 5: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
- Code 6: Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of B.Ed. (Special Education)*.
- Code 7: Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET.
- Code 8: Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and passed or appearing in the final year of three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
