2. One Time Registration (OTR):
   • Candidates must have OTR (One Time Registration) to apply for CDS II.
   • If you don’t have OTR, register for it before applying for CDS II.
3. Application Period:
   • Apply online from 15th May 2024 to 4th June 2024.
